Feb UNM Digital Business Program, Focus on Building a Digital Business Ecosystem

The Digital Business study program of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UNM recently conducted Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities and Curriculum Workshops. The event was held at the Four Points Hotel. November 25-26, 2020.

The event presented a number of sources from various institutions and professions. In addition to data science practitioners, the industrial world that focuses on digital transformation, the Chairman of the Digital Business Program feb UNPAD Bandung also attended (through a virtual meeting) to share the experience of pioneering and building a 2-year-old study program in Indonesia.

On that occasion, Kalla Group's Human Capital Development shared the story of how Kalla Group conducted digital transformation and used several digital-based applications that successfully streamlined and streamlined the achievement of the company's goals. Therefore, UNM Quality Assurance ensures that Study Program Profiles such as: Science Data Analyst, Research Assistant in Digital Business, Digital Financial Analyst (Fintech), Digital Business Practitioner (Start-up, Market Place) should be truly reflected in the study program curriculum that is expected to be superior in the future.

Digital Mindset and Collaboration is a prerequisite for realizing the above profile, said Chairman of Prodi Bisdig, Syamsu Alam. This study program is actually an integration in various disciplines: economics and business, Computer science, Sociology, Geospatial, statistics, visual communication design that has implications for the importance of networking internally in various faculties at UNM and Digital Business practitioners outside UNM.
