Makassar State University (UNM) held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) drafting the Proposal of the Merdeka Campus Competition Program opened by the Rector of UNM, Prof. Husain Sham and presented the Secretary of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Dr. Paristiyani Dwiwardani, M.P at Fourpoint Sheraton Hotel, Saturday (12/18/20).
High-ranking dr. Paristiyanti Dwiwardani, M.P. in his statement expects UNM to be a University representing Eastern Indonesia in the Merdeka Campus Competition.
In his speech when opening the event, the Rector of UNM Prof. Husain Sham said this activity aims to prepare an activity proposal in order to optimize and support the achievement of key performance indicators targeted by UNM based on a performance agreement with the directorate general of higher education.
He said that proposed this performance agreement as many as 5 study programs based on the maximum ration set by the director general of higher education.
"But in addition to the 5 study programs, the university also has a part in it and still proposes activities whose targets include all study programs at UNM", he concluded.
The event held for two days, December 18-19, 2020 was attended by 28 people.
