Rector of UNM, Prof. Dr.. Ir. H. Husain Sham, M.TP., IPU., ASEAN Eng, laying the first stone of campus development V UNM. The laying of the first stone of the unm Parepare Campus V construction project was also attended by vice rectors, including Prof. Dr.. Asnawi Haris, M. Hum (WR 1), Dr. Karta Jayadi, M.Sn. (WR 2), Prof. Dr.. Sukardi Veda, S.S., M.Hum. (WR 3), Dr. M. Ichsan Ali, M.T. (WR 4), Chairman of the Senate, Deans, Chairmen of Institutions, Parepare Campus Coordinator, contractor, PT. Bumi Permata Kendari, and the academic community of UNM.
In his speech, Prof. Dr.. Ir. H. Husain Sham, M.TP., IPU., ASEAN Eng., who is also the Rector of UNM said that all leaders lay stones as a joint commitment. Today all unm forces are united in Parepare, he said.
We hope that all goes well and as of December 31, 2021 this building has been completed. The laying of the first stone as a marker of the construction of the Multipurpose Building of Campus V Parepare, he said. We want to create and present this building as an icon of the city of Parepare and will encourage work for lecturers and pride for students at Campus V Parepare, he concluded.
The presence of all keta as a form of our commitment and responsibility together to realize the development of Campus V Parepare. The purpose of this development is to provide the best service to students. Along with the completion of this building, in 2022 there will be a fence like the fence on the UNM campus in Makassar. After the completion of this building, it will be given a policy to the Dean to reopen new study programs from their respective faculties, he concluded.
