Unm Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development (LIPK) held a Working Meeting (Raker) entitled "Strengthening Innovation competence and Entrepreneurship of Civitas Akademika, Delivering UNM as an Entrepreneurship University."
at remcy hotel, Makassar, Tuesday (15/12/2020). This raker was attended by vice chancellors, deans, postgraduate directors, chairmen, and participants numbering about 40 people.
In his speech, Prof. Dr. Ramli Umar M Si, who is also Chairman of LIPK UNM said raker's activities were attended by participants from entrepreneurship lecturers. This activity was held to formulate activities in 2021. UNM will contribute to deliverIng Indonesia into a developed country, by generating entrepreneurs with the opening of new star ups, he said.
Prof. Dr. Ir H Husain Syam M TP IPU, who is also the Rector of UNM in his speech appreciated the working meeting held by the Unm Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development (LIPK). Prof. Dr. Ir H Husain Syam M TP IPU said, in this Raker, the vision and mission of UNM will be spelled out and will be made in the action program for 2021. We will give birth to reliable HR products for public consumption, he explained. This institution is a reflection of UNM, when we talk about entrepreneurship, he stressed. The point is to create a program that is measurable, SMART, specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely, we also want the spirit of UNM, here, hopefully.
I would love that 10% of our students become entrepreneurs and already have star ups, they are present to contribute to the development of this nation towards a developed and prosperous Indonesia, he concluded. We are looking forward to a new concept to make UNM as an entrepreneur campus, he hopes.
