Prospective participants in training of trainers (ToT) 2021 LPM Reasoning UNM participated in the Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) stage tuesday, June 15, 2021. ToT is one of the work programs of the education and training division that aims to provide an understanding of the basic literacy and provision of the ability to become a facilitator of LPM Reasoning UNM.
The theme raised in the implementation of this activity is "Becoming a Facilitator of Reasoning: Efficiently Analyzing Effective Facilitation". The raised of this theme by the steering committee with the hope of being born a facilitator who is able to make training plans and analysis of training needs and can conceptualize activities based on the analysis that has been done.
One of the stages of selection of candidates for ToT 2021 is LGD, participants who can follow this process are participants who have registered and collected files. LGD is held at the alternative secretariat of LPM Reasoning UNM (House of Reason) in Komp. Patun Makateks, prospective participants began registration at 15:25 Wita and the implementation began at 16.00 Wita. In the implementation process of LGD participants provided several themes, namely: BPJS Data Leak, KPK National Insight Test, PPPK Path for Teachers, Covid Vaccination and Offline School in the Midst of Pandemic.
In the implementation of LGD divided into 5 posts, one post consists of 5 prospective participants, and another post consists of 3-4 people with one observer. Prospective ToT participants are given a theme that is in accordance with current topics so that prospective ToT participants are expected to be critical with existing phenomena.
The mechanism of topic sharing is, prospective participants who register at the secretarial will choose the LGD theme at random, the theme chosen by random participants will be used as a topic of discussion in each LGD group.
