The purpose of innovation is to facilitate and facilitate the administrative process of UNM work, especially those initiated by the Faculty and various other units with outside parties.
One of the breakthroughs developed is to create a digital-based cooperation device. Better known by the name: SIKMA-Information Systems Cooperation. In more detail, SIKMA is made as a digitalization system moU (Memorandum of Understanding) and MoA (Memorandum of Agreement).
With this new system, each faculty will have a cooperation operator by filling out cooperation applications through the system. In addition, each unit operator can monitor the progress process of the cooperation proposal submitted through this cooperation application system.
More interestingly, according to M Ichsan Ali, all account numbering cooperation is processed automatically by SIKMA. In SIKMA will also be listed work units, partner agencies, letter numbers, length of cooperation, form of cooperation, cooperation status and follow-up form of cooperation.
In addition to facilitating cooperation, this SIKMA can benefit UNM, especially at the time of prodi accreditation, and institutional accreditation. All accreditation processes require cooperation data. Therefore, if the data in this SIKMA can be directly accessed by all faculty operators and other units in the UNM environment who are given special access accounts for the application.
SIKMA also has a SOP (Standard Standard Procedure) so that its implementation can provide convenience, certainty and encourage each unit to be able to pioneer cooperation with various parties both at home and abroad.
