UKM MAPHAN UNM-Unit of Student Activities, Students Concerned with HIV / AIDS and NAPZA Makassar State University (UKM MAPHAN UNM) conducted plenary session activities. Plenary Session activities began with the opening of activities held at Fort Sumba Opu, Rumah Adat Luwu, this activity took place from June 5-6, 2021. With the theme "Optimization of Management Performance to Realize Professional Human Resources in the New Normal Era" This Activity was opened by Dr. Idham Irwansyah Idrus, S.Sos., M.Pd, as a builder in UKM maphan UNM. The opening of the Plenary Session was followed by, the Board of Trustees, Administrators and All MEMBERS of THE MAPHAN SME.

Plenary Session activities conducted are aimed at re-evaluating the management performance that has been running for half a period.

Chairman of the Plenary Session Committee, Mardiana, said that the hope after the Plenary was expected that the board of SME Maphan for the period 2020-2021 was more responsible for the responsibilities that had been given or mandated despite many challenges in the pandemic era to face the new normal. And the manager is able to reflect on the shortcomings in the previous half period in order to run the rest of the work program in the future.

Meanwhile, Chairman of UKM MAPHAN UNM, Muhammad Kahfi Sofyan said the Plenary Session is a place to evaluate the board for half a period to be better in the future and "hopefully in the future after the plenary session, what became a mistake or sin yesterday can be addressed with considerations and solutions that have been given in the plenary session forum so that the error does not become a recurring mistake and can also automate kin. erja stewardship in the remaining half of the next period".

In his speech. Dr.. Idham Irwansyah Idrus, S.Sos., M.Pd, said this activity became a place to provide evaluation and inputs to the MAPHAN SME board for the period 2020-2021 as provisions to be able to maintain the remaining half of the future period.

"Hopefully, MAPHAN SMEs will be more solid in running the organization and innovative in the implementation of work programs given the current conditions that demand new adjustments."
